Mr. Rob Brixey is a power plant professional with over 30 years experience in the areas of plant operations and operator training. Rob has designed, developed, and implemented licensed operator training programs and certification courses at major utilities throughout the US. Rob has authored Nuclear Regulatory Commission Operator License Examinations for Constellation Energy (Nine Mile Point 2), DTE Energy (Enrico Fermi-2), Exelon (Clinton), and FPL (Duane Arnold), resulting in 100% pass rate among 33 NRC License candidates.
